Charlotte Danielson's Framework for Teaching has been used for years in order to shape teacher candidates and promote positive outcomes for certified teachers. Throughout my undergraduate experience, I have been practicing and reflecting upon Danielson's four domains: planning and preparation, the classroom environment, instruction, and professional responsibilities. Using this framework to structure my areas of strength and need has helped me become a more knowledgeable and self-aware educator, and I hope to continue to improve as I begin my career in education.
