How is private tutoring different?

Private tutoring allows students to ask questions, make mistakes, and be vulnerable with their learning without the social pressure of a classroom. In sessions, we work to increase confidence in order to be vulnerable in the classroom as well, instilling the idea that great learners come from curious minds. Private tutoring also allows for the session to be tailored to your child's specific needs. The typical school setting doesn't always allow for one-to-one instruction, but this is guaranteed in tutoring. This kind of direct instruction builds organization of thought, confidence in learning, and independence in students overall.
